Determining what the real value of any of my potential deals has often been the source of my anxiety. I don’t want to overpay or expect too much from my sellers. Will this work if you’re looking at purchasing a foreclosure, or pre-foreclosure, for the purpose of assignment, like to another investor, for a finders fee, and there are no repairs needed on the property?
